I left my previous dentist because he did not treat his staff with respect and he was not gentle so this dentist met all my expectations!

Meaghan P 28-Nov-2019So I have been going to this dentist for over a year now, but after my last experience I am never going back. First...my hygienist seemed confused and awkward. The staff and the dentist gave off the impression that he was recently hired because he knew where nothing was...he proceeds to clean my teeth and soak my entire face and neck in the process. I also understand if you're more of a shy individual...but this guy wasn't saying anything and drilling my face in the process...to the point that one of the tools left a sore in my mouth. He was completely lost and confused the entire time and I left with my teeth not feeling completely clean. I'm writing this sad and disappointed because I orginally really loved this practice. But they must've just recently hired a ton of new people in the last year...because I recognized no one.
