Anonymous 21-Mar-2022Quick backstory. My husband and I changed careers during covid and we were waiting on our new dental insurance and tight on finance. Anyway, the staff at Orange Grove helped me find the best financial solution which felt effortless with their assistance. Our 12 year old son’s last baby tooth was holding on for dear life, being shoved over into the roof of his mouth by its replacement. His mouth was sore, and despite the small tooth’s wiggle, it wasn’t going to budge. We could not wait for insurance to kick in and our usual dentist was going to be too much out of pocket. After the initial appointment we were able to get that pesky baby tooth removed quickly in the same room, same appointment! Easy! The staff is friendly, helpful, and the whole experience was honestly great. Don’t let the smaller office fool you- there is a lot of heart and care at Orange Grove.
Aleacia G 16-Mar-2022I was given miss information I called my healthcare organization for clarification. The organization called the office and clarified things. However they make you pay upfront which I did. My healthcare organization made note of that because they said that that is inappropriate. I like the staff I like the doctor but I don’t like paying upfront.
Anonymous 11-Mar-2022Dr.V and staff are excellent. I had a severe tooth pain late Thu afternoon but the staff stayed longer after they were closed to see me. Dr.V and Tyson were excellent in communicating all aspects of procedures. Cost was fine. Dr.V could complete the treatment the same evening. Was pain free in a short time. Thank you so much. Cannot say enough about this dental team. They went above and beyond.
